Equation 1. Conductor Height Calculation for Sloping Terrain Example

Htb(Htg,Elevg,Elevb) = Htg - (Elevb - Elevg)

where:  Htb = height of the conductor relative to the base elevation
              Htg = height of the conductor relative to the ground
              Elevg = ground elevation
              Elevb = base elevation
